The Green Economy in Central Pennsylvania

We took the time to focus this week on one state:  Pennsylvania.  Why?  Because transformation takes time and money, and the work being done in the state provides a blueprint for rebuilding an economy. 

Central PA has faced the same kind of economic hardships that have affected much of rural America.  A recent press tour, sponsored by Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development, showed how collaboration can bring technological innovation to agrarian communities.
