C-TEM is a ‘clean tech’ point-source community-based bio-energy creation company. C-TEM turns waste biomass into energy and other profitable commodities. We bring the entire treatment plant to the feedstock. C-TEM turns biomass waste into usable, profitable, ‘green economy’ products. Virtually all products created are saleable and have value to consumers. We are in the best sense a very disruptive technology. We disrupt gasification competitors, landfills, fossil fuel companies, and cartage firms - all for the cause of innovating waste-to-energy. We turn costly waste into cash and energy We’re not diverting food crops to fuel. Unlike most of the ethanol industry, a major source of our feedstock comes from existing, replenished biomass waste. Our operation is comprised of one Central Plant, and multiple energy mill units (EMU’s). The Central Plant is a centrally located brewery and cross-docking facility. At the Central Plant sugars are run through a brewing process to create “bio-beer”. Each EMU is a small fleet of mid-sized trucks that together process raw feedstock. The EMU contains all equipment and personnel to operate mining, milling, grinding and digesting equipment, and deliver end-products to its Central Plant. At the core of our operation is a dilute acid chemical hydrolysis (“DACH”) processor. Every EMU is a moveable operation that strategically straddles several target communities. Excluding commute time between sites, operational set-up and break-down is be minimal.
