Jill Edwards is the Executive Director of the Innovation Transfer Network, a virtual technology transfer program sponsored by the Commonwealth of PA supporting 16 colleges and universities in the Harrisburg/Lancaster/Reading PA region. She graduated Magna cum Laude in Foreign Languages from Millersville University. She has had an extensive career in the banking industry, during which she held positions as a small business lender, headed up a community banking group and served as the head of Human Resources, Marketing and Security for a start-up bank.

Michael C. Zigner

Collaborations Manager

Michael Zigner joined ITN in July 2012, and takes the lead in developing faculty and business connections in Berks, Lebanon and portions of Lancaster counties. In his former roles as Director of Industry Partnerships at Lehigh Carbon Community College, and Continuing Education Representative for Penn State Berks, Mike was responsible for matching the educational resources of the institutions with the workforce training and professional development needs of area industry.

Ralph S. Moyer

Faculty Liaison

Ralph Moyer joined ITN in July 2012 as a faculty liaison.  He enjoys exploring new technologies.  Ralph is local to the region and has both industry and academic experience.  He has a BA in Earth Science from Millersville and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State.

Yvonne serves as Administrative Assistant for 5 co-located entities at Penn State Harrisburg, Eastgate Center, including Innovation Transfer Network; Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Central and Northern Pennsylvania; Venture Investment Forum; Ben Franklin Transformations; and Innovation Partnership. Her responsibilities include accounts payable; database maintenance; event planning; IT troubleshooting; and general secretarial duties.
